Days 32 - 36 of The 100 Day Project #ledaartsupply #zentangleallaround #the100dayproject

We start this post with day #32.
Creating a piece of art every day for 100 days.
I had a heck of a headache on day 32 and
when I have a headache drawing lines seems to help.
Lots of lines, one after the other,
no thought process.
Just draw.
This is a version of Line Dance

Day 33 was a little better with the headache,
so I pulled out the pattern flip-flap from Staub Korn.
This one reminds me of a bunch of seagulls.
All screaming mine! mine! mine!
Hahaha!

Day 34 was such a fun one because of the string.
The "string" is the line you put down in pencil as
a kind of guideline. Then you place different tangles
into those separate sections.
This one features ditto from CZT Sue Jacobs
and my own pattern dropz

It may be hard to see but maybe not.
This tile bears my initials. A.H.
Yes, they are both there.
Tangles are: my patterns
and Class-EE from Sandra Strait.
That was day 35.

Day 36 used tangles popsicles from the wonderful Michele Beauchamp!
(I love all her patterns!)
And nipa - one of the official patterns from
Zentangle HQ.

I am an Ambassador for Leda Art Supply.
I use and review their product.
I thought it would be fun to complete the
entire 100 Day Project in their
These pages are 3.5" x 5.5" -
just the perfect size for quick projects.
I can not say enough great things about this book!
In fact several people in my Facebook group
have purchased the Baby Leda to complete
The 100 Day Project in already.
It takes pen, pencil, light color washes -
shhhh! actually I have done some
heavier-than-light-and-it-did-fine washes.
Hahaha!
You need to grab up one of these books.
Perfect for on the go, too!
And just a tip -
it costs less on the Leda website than it
does on Amazon. Buy direct.

  1. I just had to laugh at the seagulls - can follow the logic of drawing lines for a migraine. Love the way you easily (so it seems anyhow) write conversationally about strings & the patterns with the sketchbook info. That really comes across in the 'blurb' about Day 34 - love that dimension across the ditto pattern.

    1. I am always surprised with how the photos look in the posts. I tangled these mostly at 3.5 inches so when the computer blows them up so large they look like totally different pieces from what I saw when I drew. and thanks, I'm glad my ramblings on make sense. haha! most of the time anyway :)
